ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns are only accepted in an item is defective or is not received as described.

How to return an item

To return an item, complete the return form and mail it in with the item you wish to return. The form can be found on your packing slip or downloaded. Indicate your reason for the return and place the Return Form in the package. Be sure to make a copy of the form to keep for your records.

If you do not have your packing slip, please include a letter with your returned items that includes the following information:

Your Name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Order number
Item name/description
Reason for return

Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you. For your protection, we suggest you securely pack and insure your return, as we cannot give credit for damaged or lost shipments. Please return your product to the following address. We will process your return according to your instructions.

If you received the wrong product, your product is damaged on receipt or if you have any questions regarding our return policy, please contact us at help@thepastaqueen.cooking for assistance. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays.

Please return the item for a refund using the following guidelines:

  • Return item within 30 days of receipt
  • In original packaging and in new, unused condition. Used items will not be accepted.
  • With original purchase receipt. Please keep a copy for your record.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are made in the form of the original tender. For credit card purchases, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for refund credit to appear on your statement.
