Nadia Caterina Munno, aka The Pasta Queen, has spent a lifetime composing this book of never-before-shared recipes. Nadia was born into pasta royalty. While she spent most of her time in and around Rome, her family originally hails from southern Italy, where they owned a renowned pasta factory. As a small girl, Nadia learned the art of pasta-making; she harvested the wheat, milled the flour, formed the dough, and rolled pasta out by hand. You could say pasta is quite literally in her blood, and she’s made it her lifelong mission to research and develop the best, most authentic pasta recipes available, and now she’s sharing them with the world.
